How to enter my Unlock Code on the Apple iPhone ?
Actually it is impossible to Enter an “Unlock Code” on the Apple iPhone since they don’t require or ask for unlock codes, the process is done via the Apple server. We request the unlock through the carrier to APPLE. Once Apple accepts our request, the unlock command is pushed to iTunes. It is completed once you received from us the confirmation of “Unlocked”. Then you have to sync to iTunes to get the unlock on your phone

Once you have received the email confirming your unlock has been approved, it will usually say UNLOCK CODE: Unlocked. In this case, you are ready to follow these instructions to complete the unlock process for your iPhone.

Important notes
After requesting the unlock code, you will receive a confirmation email us. Then, there are two methods to unlock your device.
Your device will not indicate that it is unlocked. You will know it has been unlocked if it works with a SIM card from another provide.
Preferred method
Insert a SIM card from a different carrier into your device.
Follow the setup process that will appear on your device.
Alternate method
Back up your device.
Connect your device to iTunes on your computer.
Select your device from the menu bar near the top of the screen.
A backup may start automatically. If not, select Back Up Now.
Erase your device.
Important: this step cannot be undone. Ensure you have created a backup as described above before proceeding.
On your device, select Settings.
Scroll to and select General.
Scroll to and select Reset.
Select Erase All Content and Settings.
Select Erase.
Select Erase again.
Your device will reboot.
Set up your device.
Insert a SIM card from a different carrier into your device.
Follow the prompts to set up your device.
If prompted, select Restore from iTunes to restore the content you backed up earlier. Or, you can connect your device to iTunes on your computer, select your device from the menu bar and then select Restore Backup.
Using a SIM CARD from a different carrier:

1. Remove your SIM card and insert the new SIM card.

2. Complete the setup process.

If this does not work, then simply follow the steps below:

Connect your iPhone to your computer using the Original USB Cable

1 – Install the latest version of iTunes (Mandatory)
2 – Make sure your iPhone is updated with the lastest iOS version (Recommended)
3 – Switch on your iPhone with a Non Accepted SIM Card
4 – Connect your iPhone to your computer using the Original USB Cable
5 – Launch iTunes & wait until iTunes detects your iPhone
6 – Now disconnect your iPhone and reconnect it after 10 seconds.
7 – Your iPhone is now Unlocked.

Using a SIM CARD from the Original Carrier or if the above methods are not working.

1. Back up your iPhone.

2. When you have a backup, erase your iPhone.

3. Restore your iPhone from the backup you just made.

Now your phone is permanently and factory unlocked! You can use it with any SIM card in the world! Enjoy!

iOS 7, iOS 8, iOS 9, iOS 10, iOS 11 Update: How does Activation Lock work?

When you enable Find My iPhone on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 7 or later, the Apple ID and password you use for iCloud is securely stored on Apple’s activation servers and linked to your device. From that point on, your password will be required before anyone can turn off Find My iPhone on your device, erase your device, or reactivate and use your device.

Activation Lock is enabled automatically when you turn on Find My iPhone in iOS 7, or when you upgrade to iOS 7 from a previous version of iOS that has Find My iPhone already turned on.

To turn on Find My iPhone on your device:

Go to Settings.
Tap iCloud.
Sign in with your Apple ID, if necessary.
Turn on Find My iPhone.
Prior to unlocking a phone, make sure the previous owner of the unit has turned off findmyphone and erased all contents & settings.

For more info please refer to this link : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5818
There are absolutely no refunds if this is case. Pleasure ensure you are checking to see if FindMyPhone is turned off before purchasing.

Troubleshooting

Make sure the iPhone is updated to the latest version iOS for your model

Make sure iTUNES is updated to the current version.

Make sure the phone is not jailbroken. You will have the remove the jailbreak (lower baseband). You can google/youtube how to do this.

Also try doing this process again on another computer. Sometimes this helps the issue too. Also turn AIRPLANE mode on/off, remove/insert SIM, plug/unplug from computer, connect/disconnect iTunes, try a different computer, try a different original Apple certified cable.

If the phone is reported STOLEN/LOST it will not work on USA GSM or Canadian networks. It will ONLY work overseas.

Also if the phone is NOT ACTIVATED, it will not work. You will need to activate it by using an ACTIVE sim card from the original carrier and connecting to iTunes.

If your phone is not unlocking or getting signal, PLEASE perform the backup/restore once again (above). Sometimes it takes up to 3 times to get it provisioned and unlocked. Also another solution is also trying to do another restore on another computer. Many times this has done the trick too.
Other method:

In certain circumstances the above instructions does not work to activate your unlock, follow the next instructions to activate your unlock ticket using the restore method:

1) Make sure your iPhone’s Sim Card tray is empty. (If you have an INVALID SIM Card inserted in your iPhone, you won’t be able to access iTunes to restore.)
2) Plug your iPhone into your computer and wait until your iPhone is fully recognized in your iTunes. (*Note: Please make sure your iTunes is updated to the latest version).
3) Click the “Restore” button and proceed with the backup and terms and agreement acceptance.
4) Once the restore process has started, insert your INVALID SIM Card (T-Mobile, Simple Mobile, Etc.) into your iPhone.
5) Wait for the restore process to complete and iPhone to reboot.
6) Once your iPhone has rebooted, iTunes will activate your iPhone with your unlock ticket using your INVALID SIM Card.
7) You should see a message displayed in iTunes, “Congratulations, your iPhone has been unlocked!”
😎 From here you are done, you should start receiving signal from your carrier (T-Mobile, Simple Mobile, Etc.)
9) Your iPhone is now factory unlocked permanently and you can update freely in the future for newer iOS updates.

Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS?

1. Can i update to the latest iOS? YES you can. It does not affect anything. Please make sure your phone is the most updated version when restoring

2. Will my phone relock ever? No, this is a permanent process.

3. Can you unlock the iPhone 8 & iPhone X yet? YES WE CAN.

4. Do you unlock any other providers? Yes we can.

5. Does iTunes Version matter? Make sure your ITUNES is updated to the MOST current version.

6. How can I tell my iPhone is unlocked for sure? Best way is by putting in a GSM (NON supported sim) and seeing if you can dial out. Usually after restore process it will alert you that the phone is unlocked as well. ITUNES will not always show a message showing the phone is unlocked, so testing it with a foreign sim is best bet.

7. How do i set up MMS and data? https://canadaunlocking.com/apn

I received the message “activated” or “unlocked” but when I plug it into iTunes, nothing happens.

– Try connecting to iTunes, perform a back up then restore.

Phone is Jailbroken and will not allow me to do a restore

– You must put your iPhone into whats call “DFU mode”.
– Open iTunes and connect the iPhone to your PC/Mac.
– Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.
– After exactly 10 seconds release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. Now you can do a restore on your iPhone.

* Note: It may take a few attempts to get your iPhone into DFU mode. Generally, I hold down both buttons then release the Home button just before the Apple logo would appear. If you are still holding both buttons down and you see the Apple logo you are holding them down for too long!

How To Unlock Samsung Phone:

Make sure to turn off Wi-Fi under wireless connections for all Android Devices before proceeding to enter the Unlock code. Also make sure the phone is not on Airplane mode.
Insert an unauthorized Sim Card into the device (a SIM card from a different company)
Power on the device
Enter the Sim Network Unlock Pin when prompted
The Device should now be unlocked if the phone says UNLOCK SUCCESSFUL
If you get “Network Unlock Unsuccessful” message or a similar message this is a known issue that occurs sometimes with some Samsung models. Not to worry, at the end of these instructions, there is a troubleshooting guide to help you resolve this issue for the S2, S3,S4, Note, Note2, S5 NEO, S6, S6 EDGE, S7.

TO TEST IF YOUR PHONE IS UNLOCKED, THE BEST WAY IS TO INSERT AN UNACCEPTED SIM CARD INSIDE AND ATTEMPT TO MAKE A PHONE CALL. IF YOU CAN MAKE A CALL, IT MEANS YOUR PHONE IS 100% UNLOCKED.

FOR DATA AND MMS TO WORK CORRECTLY WITH YOUR NEW SIM CARD YOU MAY NEED TO CHANGE YOUR APN SETTINGS.
BEFORE CHANGING APN SETTINGS, PLEASE GO HERE:
https://canadaunlocking.com/apn

Some international phones may not support the same LTE, 4G or 3G frequencies. Contact your carrier for details and to confirm compatibility with the network you are using it on.
If the phone shows “the message Phone Freeze” with an unauthorized sim, this means someone already has tried wrong codes many times and has hardlocked the phone. You will need a defreeze (unfreeze) code at this point (please contact us).

Solution:
Step 1: Make sure you ordered the service that includes the Master Code or Defreeze code ( it is mentioned in the description details found before checkout)

Step 2: Restart your Phone with a SIM card from a different carrier inside

Step 3: Wait for your phone to prompt for the unlock code

Step 4: Enter the Defreeze code first ( it will say Network Lock Unsuccessful but don’t worry this is normal when you enter the defreeze code)

Step 5: Now immediately enter the Network code (NCK) (on the second attempt)

Step 6: Network Unlock Successful!

EXTRA INSTRUCTIONS: if you get an “Unlock Unsuccessful” message again after you type the Defreeze code & Network code as explained above then:

WARNING: Back up your DATA before proceeding to the next steps (as your phone will be erased and restored to factory settings)

Step 7 – Then hit “Dismiss” button and compose *2767*3855# on your phone keypad (as if you were dialing a phone number).
Step 8 – Wait for the phone to restart, this operation will erase all data from your phone!
Step 9 – Retry the steps 1 to 6 above !

VIDEO REQUIREMENTS FOR VERIFICATION AND REFUNDS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

3) Show us the errors that comes up after you submit the code.

5) Dial *#06# so we can see that IMEI number of the phone. Make sure its focused and still for few seconds so we can see it clearly. Or if IMEI is not visible by dialing *#06#, go to settings and show us the IMEI.

We prefer if you upload the video to YOUTUBE or Google drive and provide us with the link.

Troubleshooting steps, if your phone is not automatically prompting for an unlock code:
BE CAREFUL, IF YOU ENTER THE WRONG CODE 10 TIMES, YOUR PHONE WILL GET FROZEN AND YOU’LL NEED AN UNFREEZE CODE (IF AVAILABLE)
If you enter an Unauthorized Sim Card and the phone does not prompt to enter the Unlock Code then Try the following methods:

(As mentioned in our terms of service and on the order page: remember to make sure your phone prompts for an unlock code before ordering a code, we are normally unable to offer a full refund if your phone does not ask for a code. CHECK BEFORE ORDERING OR CONTACT US!)

3 – If you receive one, please enter your MCK (Unfreeze Key) and hit “Unlock” button.
Note: You will get “Unsuccessful message” but don’t worry that’s fine when you type MCK (Unfreeze code).
4 – Now type the NCK (Network Code) and hit the “Unlock” button.
5 – Your phone is now Unlocked !

EXTRA INSTRUCTIONS: if you get an “Unlock Unsuccessful” message again after you type the NCK code (NETWORK CODE) as described above then:
WARNING: Back up your DATA before proceeding to the next steps (as your phone will be erased and restored to factory settings)
7 – Then hit “Dismiss” button and compose *2767*3855# on your phone keypad (as if you were dialing a phone number).

IF YOU RECEIVE THE “UNLOCK UNSUCCESSFUL” RESULT, DETERMINE THE LOCK STATUS OF YOUR PHONE:

If you have ordered the Samsung Canada (All-level) service from our website, you will have been pleased to see that every possible unlock code has been emailed to you. If you have order the cheaper Samsung (Carrier Name) service then only the Network code (NCK) code is provided.

The unlock codes emailed to you from our Samsung Canada or Samsung USA (All Levels) Service will look something like this:

NETWORK=12345678 PROVIDER=12345678 SUBPROVIDER=12345678 DEFREEZE=12345678 EXTRA=00000000

Network is called NCK, Provider is called SCK, SUBPROVIDER is called SPCK and Defreeze is called MCK or Unfreeze code.

Most networks only lock their Samsung handsets with the NCK lock enabled.

Therefore you should only need to use this code when following the iinstructions.

However some networks will have dual locks in place (whereby the NCK and another lock is enabled) or they may have just an alternative lock level such as SCK or SPCK. It is best practice to be 100% sure which lock level is present on your handset, to do this follow these instructions:

Enter the following code into your handset while it is turned on and connected to its locked network.

By this we mean the connected to the network your handset is locked to (if you are locked to Bell , then insert a Bell SIM card into your handset)

Once connected, enter this code: *#7465625#

(NOTE: THIS SHORT CODE MAY NOT WORK ON ALL MODELS)

A menu will be displayed that will resemble the following…

1. [?] Network lock

2. [?] Subset lock

3. [?] SP lock

(Where ?= Value ON or OFF)

If only the Network lock is displayed saying ON then you will only need to use the NCK code with the instructions below.

If you see the Subset lock value as ON then you will need the SCK code and if you see the SP lock value as ON you will need the SPCK code
